Good to know

Can I move my existing mail here?
Yes. Open a ticket and we copy your old mailboxes over with IMAP before the MX switch, so nothing is lost and there is no gap in delivery.
How many mailboxes can I create?
As many as you like, on as many domains as you like. Storage is the only limit — the plan's gigabytes are shared between all your mailboxes, and you set each mailbox's quota yourself.
What if I need more space?
Move the slider in the dashboard. The change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Where is my mail stored?
On our own mail server, hosted in the EU. It is a server we run ourselves — not a reseller account on someone else's platform.
Do you read my mail?
No. There is no ad targeting, no profiling and no content scanning. Spam filtering runs on the server and nothing leaves it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Mailboxes stay reachable until then, and we keep the data for 30 more days so you can export it.
